- • Talent Scouts will identify any talent in their colony, school, village, family etc
- • Details are fed to the NGO
- • Talents are reassessed by the panel of experts. Further course of action is planned and implemented
- • The Talent Scout is incentivized monetarily as an encouragement
- • Bench marking for level of talent accepted will be pre-determined
