Major Devender Pal Singh (D P Singh) is 48 yrs old Indian Army war veteran. Injured in active ops in 1999, he was brought dead to hospital. Survived with 100% disabilities and rose to claim many 1 st to his name by converting his shortcoming into his strengths.
